Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the benefits of mixing pesticides to achieve greater control with pesticides. Mixing pesticides can lead to various results, including synergism (mixing increases control), antagonism and incompatibility (mixing decreases control), lack of additive effects (mixing provides same control as separate applications), and increasing effectiveness with adjuvants. Lists several types of adjuvants and describes how to determine pesticide compatibility. |
