Abstract/Contents:Briefly summarizes research conducted to determine the suitability of a plant growth regulator, Primo (trinexapac-ethyl), for use on lawn turf. Lawn turf treated every six weeks with the growth regulator showed higher overall turf quality and lower clipping yields than untreated turf, suggesting that lawn care companies might find it useful to include trinexapac-ethyl in their programs in order to reduce mowing labor.
