Abstract/Contents: | Presents a test to determine when the frost has melted enough off a green or a tee to allow for mowing. Suggests wiping your bare hand across the turf of a green or tee. If any ice is still present, the turf is not ready to be mowed. If the frost has melted, then the temperature has risen enough to mow the turf without damage. |
