Abstract/Contents: | Provides tips for placement, protection from predators, and maintenance of wood duck nest boxes in golf course ponds and lakes. Tips include using light colored boxes, placing the boxes away from heavy traffic areas such as greens, start with only one box per acre, apply proper predator guards, and check the boxes annually for maintenance and for a count of boxes used. |
