Abstract/Contents: | Discusses challenges faced by landscape architects and designers when incorporating natural resources from the environment into their work. These natural landscapes enhance and soften the natural environment and can be enjoyed not only on large commercial landscapes, but smaller residential lots as well. Although the up front cost of these lanscapes are more than a traditional landscape, they run lower in cost for long-term maintenance. |
