| Abstract/Contents: | Describes the devasting fires that hit Florida after a 90-day drought in the summer of 1998 and the damage done to golf courses. Brevard, Volusia and Flagler counties were hit the hardest by these fires. Fortunately for some courses fire fighters were able to stop the fires from destroying all of their turf. |
