| Abstract/Contents: | Presents the results of a study examining the fate of the fungicide vinclozolin applied to creeping bentgrass turf. The fungicide was applied at a high rate at two different application frequencies. Presence of fungicide in grass clippings, thatch, and soil at several points in time after application was evaluated. Results suggested that vinclozolin was degraded by soil microorganisms and did not present a threat to groundwater through leaching or movement in the soil. |
