Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the use of the Skylinks system, a satellite-based Global Positioning System, on golf courses. The system could define the precise area of a course, so that when a sprayer was driven onto the course, it would start to spray at the correct rate and in the correct area. The system has already been used to show golf clubs exactly where each golf cart is located on the course. |
