Abstract/Contents: | Details an experiment conducted in order to determine which levels of Fe are deficient, optimum, and toxic to annual bluegrass and creeping bentgrass and to see if there are differences between annual bluegrass and creeping bentgrass for their Fe requirement. Characteristics tested included: turf color response to Fe, turf shoot growth, root growth, and plant tissue Fe content. The grass had a linear response to increased Fe levels in shoot growth and color. |
