| Abstract/Contents: | Examines an experiment performed at the Landscape Management Research Center, Penn State University on a mature stand of perennial ryegrass. Determining the control of smooth crabgrass comparing fall versus spring applications of prodiamine and dithiopyr was the reason for this experiment. The treatments that were only applied in the fall did not fit into the acceptable control section, whereas the treatments were applied in both spring and fall provided better control. |
