Abstract/Contents: | Describes an experiment determining whether various soil inclusions affect physical properties and/or playing surface quality in soils with high sand content. Inclusions tested are: DuPont shredded carpet, Netlon, Nike Light, Nike Heavies, Sportgrass and Turfgrids. The results varied according to the size, shape, and application rate of the inclusion. |
