Abstract/Contents: | Summarizes the effects that Michigan State University's indoor turf research program has had on the turfgrass industry. The program's original intention was to discover methods of growing natural turf indoors for the 1994 World Cup soccer tournament. However, the research findings from this program have since been used in other turf programs and have led to the granting of a U.S. patent to Michigan State University. |
