| Abstract/Contents: | Suggests that European chafer grub numbers are decreasing in mid-May and that it is inappropriate to apply insecticides to control this pest at this time. Suggests that insecticides be applied in July in order to control these pests in the next year. Also gives brief guidelines for scouting for and controlling Ataenius and Aphodius beetles. |
