Abstract/Contents:"The purpose of this trial was to quantify the capability of 'Illoxan' to selectively remove tall fescue from a mixed stand of tall fescue and Kentucky bluegrass ... Discoloration peaked at 6 WAT and ranged from 55-80% on the tall fescue and 25-48% on the Kentucky bluegrass." Spring applications yielded far less tall fescue control; therefore, the authors suggest applications in the fall instead of in the spring. Includes tables summarizing discoloration and density data for each grass.
