Abstract/Contents: | Summary of "two different experiments: one on bulk samples to screen for RAPD [random amplification polymorphic DNA] markers and the other on individuals in order to perform statistical analysis to determine whether there were differences between green and fairway populations of Poa annua in the frequency of neutral phenotypes." The data suggests "that there was a difference in the frequency of a neutral allele between the two populations." |
