Abstract/Contents: | "Fine fescue is often used in mixtures with Kentucky bluegrass or planted as a shade grass. It suffers most stress during the hot summer and is often severely attacked by white grubs." Includes a table summarizing the results of a fineleaf fescue variety test established in September 1989 and evaluated in 1990, 1991, and 1992 for visual quality. Percent ground cover was also observed on 5/23/92. |
