| Abstract/Contents: | This fungicide trial was conducted in a sward of Agrostis palustris 'Penncross' that had not received applications of systemic fungicides in two years. "To induce development of brown patch, plots were inoculated by spreading wheat grain colonized by R. solani onto plots at a rate of 8 lb/1000 ft² ... Most products tested provided good control of dollar spot and BP/An. Flutolanil and Masbrane failed to control DS." Includes a table which provides rate of fertilization per 1000 ft², application interval in weeks, number of dollar spot infection centers per plot on four different dates, and percent of plot affected with brown patch or anthracnose. |
