| Abstract/Contents: | Evaluates the toxicity of various pesticides on earthworms. Of the products tested, only two fungicides (benomyl and thiophanate-methyl) and four insecticides (bendiocarb, carbaryl, ethoprop, and fonofos) had a severe impact on earthworms. A table shows the toxicity to earthworms (percent reduction in numbers) for all pesticides tested. |
