| Abstract/Contents: | Discusses budgets of playing fields, and the type of knowledge needed to be able to deal with budget problems. States that a low budget is "(a) common sense, (b) applying one's expertise to the situation, (c) ability to deploy staff economically, (d) understand the problem of the users, (e) keep pace with technology, (f) good staff, (g) machinery suitable for the job, and (h) good maintenance of your machinery." Other main points discussed were the definition of maintenance, organization, staffing, voluntary labor, equipment, administrators, and the game. |
