| Abstract/Contents: | Discusses an experiment designed to test four insecticides and one species of entomogenous nematode for fall control of Oriental beetle grubs in a rough at Fresh Meadow Country Club, Great Neck, Long Island, NY on 12 Aug '87. Results indicate that "all insecticides reduced the number of beetle grubs at this site; Dylox was most effective." Also reports "the area treated with nematodes did not result in a significant reduction in grub density." |
