Abstract/Contents:Profiles an experiment "to compare the field efficacy of Steinernema carpocapsae, S. riobravis, S. glaseri, B. bassiana, and diazinon in the control of white grubs (P. crinita and C. lurida) in Texas turfgrass." In the 1993 tests, all treatments were significantly superior to the untreated control...In the 1994 Test A, diazinon 5G at 9.786 kg[AI]/ha was effective and was significantly different from untreated controls...In the 1994 Test B, none of the treatments, including the diazinon standard, resulted in effective white grub control...The addition of NuFilm at various rates to some of the treatments in all three experiments did not seem to increase treatment efficacy."
