| Abstract/Contents: | Profiles an experiment "to evaluate the efficacy of Beauvaria bassiana and two species of nematodes, Steinernema carpocapsae strain 'All' and S. riobravis, for the control of southern chinch bug in St. Augustinegrass lawns." Diazinon was found to be the best control for adults and large nymphs. "In general, these data suggest that S. carpocapsae 'ALL' can infect and kill adults of the southern chinch bug." |
