Abstract/Contents: | Describes an experiment in which mowing height, nitrogen fertility and different types of cultivars were used to determine Rhizoctonia blight severity among tall fescue. "Results of this study show that the severity of Rhizoctonia blight in tall fescue is significantly affected by cultivar, mowing height and nitrogen fertility. In addition, the data confirm that cultivars do not necessarily respond equally to the effects of fertility, and particularly mowing height, on the intensity of symptom development." |
