| Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the results of the 1992 National Turfgrass Evaluation Program tall fescue trial at TAES-Dallas. 92 tall fescue cultivars were evaluated for overall quality, color, leaf texture, turf density, and accumulative turf performance. Results indicate that "a wide range of variation was observed in turf performances." Also reports that "turf type tall fescue performed better than the pasture type tall fescue." |
