Abstract/Contents:Briefly summarizes the result of a study conducted to determine metal tolerance of four cultivars: Tifgreen, Tifway, Tifdwarf, and Santa Ana. The metals used included copper, chromium, aluminum and zinc. "Tifgreen showed the greatest tolerance to each of the four metals. Tifway showed greater aluminum and chromium tolerance but low copper and zinc tolerance. Tifdwarf showed greater tolerance to copper but low tolerance to the other three metals. Santa Ana on the other hand had low tolerance to all four metals."
