Abstract/Contents:"In a three-year investigation of 29 varieties of Dactylis glomerata, 39 of Festuca pratensis and 30 of Phleum pratense at two sites, under conditions of natural infection, the most promising sources found in D. glomerata of resistance to Rhynchosporium orthosporum were the cultivars Kay, Dactimo, Baraula and Rosa. Resistance to Erysiphe graminis in the same species was highest in Welta and Dorisa, and in F. pratensis in S215. Merbeen and Bottnia II were the F. pratensis varieties most resistant to Helminthosporium dictyoides [Pyrenophora dictyoides]. In P. pratense, resistance to Heterosporium phlei [Cladosporium phlei] was highest in Maris Polka, Bodin, Vanadis 1407 and Tammisto.
