Abstract/Contents: | Discusses where the responsibility should lie for determining pesticide use in Canada. "If prudent pesticide use and the health of our urban environment is the goal, municipal pesticide regulation is certainly not the path. The issue of pesticide regulation must be left in the hands of the provincial and federal governments, which can nurture a competitive, predictable and science based pesticide regulatory system." |
