Abstract/Contents: | Describes the decline in lenders' willingness to invest in golf courses. "To get financing for either development or aquisition of a golf course today requires sound fundamentals, good cash flow, solid management, and ironclad market projections...[however] the death of new golfers coupled with an oversupply of new courses has scared away the most indulgent investors...." Offers advice to lenders, encouraging them to investigate before deciding to give or keep a loan for golf courses. |
