| Abstract/Contents: | Discusses a study on the Coeur d'Alène Golf Course's Floating Green designed to determine leaching from the green in order "to provide scientific research for the development of BMP's [Best Management Practices] regarding turfgrass management." Partial results indicate that "over the duration of the study, on a daily basis (data presented as 7 day means), NO₃-N ranged from 0.09 to 2.68 ppm, well below the US Environmental Protection Agency limit of 10ppm, and NH]4-N ranged from 0 to 0.59 ppm." |
