Abstract/Contents: | Proposes research "to develop a system which would totally eliminate the potential for any chemical leaching through greens profiles as wheel as provide an extremely high level of efficiency with regard to water and mineral nutrient recycling." Preliminary results show that the WIFS system carries extremely large sorption capacity for napthalene, a model pesticide compund widely used in fate studies. |
