| Abstract/Contents: | Describes an experiment designed to evaluate Stenotrophomonas maltophilia strain C3 for leaf spot control in tall fescue. Results indicate that "all treatments with strain C3 reduced infection frequency and diseased leaf area compared to the controls." Also reports that "the highest degree of control was provided by the high cell density treatment" and "the addition of chitin enhanced the efficacy of the low cell density treatment." |
