| Abstract/Contents: | Briefly discusses the evaluation of the efficacy of several fungicides in controlling dollar spot in Emerald bentgrass. States that "plots were evaluated for percent diseased turf on July 20 and August 20" after the application of the fungicides. Results indicate that "rubigan at 0.2 oz on a 7-day schedule, BRC 916/surfactant at a 1.12 oz rate on a 14-day schedule, Procholraz at both rates and in combination with Actidione TGF, Daconil 2782 at 6.0 oz rate on a 7- to 14-day schedule and Chipco 26019 F at a 2.0 oz rate and 21-day schedule gave the best dollar spot control." Provides a complete evaluation of each fungicide in dollar spot control. |
