Abstract/Contents: | Describes research on the USGA Research Green during the 1996 dry spell at the Ft. Lauderdale Research Extension Center. States that "originally, the study was initiated in May 1996 during south Florida's normal peak dry season to assess the ability of standard and new surfactants to alleviate the apparent soil-water repellency on the Research Green." Results indicate that "plots receiving either Primer, Aqueduct, and Aqua-Gro alone or in combination had better quality and less dry-spotting than check plots." |
