Abstract/Contents:Describes a study designed to evaluate combinations of wildflower and prairie grasses for consumer preferences. Results indicate that "the majority of participants preferred combinations that included annuals but exculded prairie grass" and that "the majority disliked the combinations of prairie grasses without the inclusion of wildflowers." Also reports that "information [gained] from these studies on mixture selection and establishment and management techniques should benefit not only the seed and plant material providers, but also those who use these materials in the landscapes."
