| Abstract/Contents: | This is a shade adaptation study of 35 different grasses. Included in the study are cultivars of creeping red fescue, hard fescue, tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass, and rough bluegrass. The growing area was located under a stand of Siberian Elm trees. All grass were fertilized at 2 lb of N / 1000 ft2 / year. Table #7 records data taken May through September. |
