Abstract/Contents:Presents a study to examine various non-optimal seeding dates for Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, and tall fescue. The dates were the first of September, October, November, December, March, April, and May. "As expected, we found the September seeding date produced the best establishment, regardless of species." Also mentions that "when seeding at less-than-optimal times, increased inputs such as irrigation and pest control will be needed to insure success."
