Abstract/Contents: | A method for assay of nitrate reductase activity in leaf fragments is described. The use of the test to detect Mo deficiency and to estimate optimum fertilizer levels is discussed. Data for the relationship between nitrate reductase activity and nitrate content in wheat seedlings and for activity in meadow fescue in winter and spring are given. |
