Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the effects of ester herbicides on ornamentals. Explains the chemical make-up of ester which "passes more easily through a plant's waxy cuticle." Suggests that although esters are more volatile then some of their herbicidial counter-parts, "this doesn't mean you can never use them around ornamentals, but certain precautions are called for." |
