Abstract/Contents:Discusses how many disadvantages of traditional baseball field construction materials have been solved through the use of stone dust. A crushed stone byproduct, watered once a week while allowing for drainage, does not support vegetation. Describes how stone dust was introduced on the baseball fields at Holy Cross, Massachusetts.
