Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the effort by the Florida Professional Applicators Alliance to overturn the St. Johns Fertilizer ordinance, including a fundraiser held at the Alachua Women's Club to raise money to help pay the legal fees incurred. Suggests the negative effects of the law on the green industry, including "limitations on total nitrogen rates, cumbersome record keeping, and in some cases, constraints on types of fertilizers that can be used." |
