Abstract/Contents:Discusses a project at Purdue University "to assess the effect of fall and spring treatments on the development of take-all patch on creeping bentgrass." Results for the first year include that "we can definitely influence take-all pathogen development with acidifying fertilizer and fungicide treatments in the fall and the spring." States that "the next phase of the project will include monitoring patch development in the plots throughout the summer and applying treatments again in the fall."
