Abstract/Contents:"Water application, distribution uniformity, irrigation water use, and management efficiency were measured on 20 private lawns in Logan, Utah. Lawn quality was evaluated weekly. Results of distribution unformity for hand-move and solid-set sprinkler systems were compared. Relationships between quality of lawn and distribution uniformity were investigated. Irrigation water actually used was compared with estimated evapotranspiration as a guide to better water management."
