Abstract/Contents: | Gives advice on how to work with Mexican employees. Discusses the ten most common stumbling blocks that employers have when working with Mexican employees, and offers solutions. States that "it is important to acknowledge our differences between the two cultures. This is not a passing fad, so we might as well accept the future. To begin to understand our differences and attempt to gain a better insight to different backgrounds will invariably allow us to make better decisions as employers." |
