Suggests conducting good research, hiring a design firm, listening to the golf course architect, being open about environmental issues, planting during the "agronomic window" when germination is more likely, building a pro shop before a clubhouse, considering sunrise and sunset when laying out the course, and being cautious in the early stages of the project. |
