| Abstract/Contents: | "DPX Y6202 ("ASSURE" Herbicide ) is a new postemergence grass herbicide under development for use in soybeans and other broadleaf crops. DPX Y6202 provides excellent control of perennial grassses such as Johnsongrasss (Sorghum halepense) and quackgrass (Agropyron repens) at rates of 110 to 225 gm ai/ha, and annual grasses such as crabgrass (Digitaria spp.), barnyardgrass (Echinochloa crus-galli), foxtail (Setaria spp.) and others at rates of 85 to 140 gm ai/ha. Results of 1984 and 1985 small-plot and EUP trials in soybeans are summarized for the Northeastern U.S." |
