| Abstract/Contents: | "Field trials were conducted by Lilly Research Laboratories to evaluate the efficacy and turf tolerance of TEAM (benefin 1.33% + trifluralin 0.67%) when applied to lawn and golf courses for preemergence control of crabgrass (Digitaria spp.) and goosegrass (Eleusine indica). TEAM at 2.24 kg/ha provided good to excellent control of crabgrass and goosegrass in cool season turfgrasses. Excellent turfgrass tolerance was observed. In warm season turf, TEAM at 2.24 to 3.36 kg/ha provided good to excellent control of crabgrass and fair control of goosegrass. Turf tolerance was good at all rates applied." |
