Abstract/Contents: | States that "an experiment was initiated to determine the effects of dates and frequency of Prograss treatments on bentgrass greens." States that "Prograss was applied at various dates in the fall of 1984 and 1985 on a bentgrass green on turf plots in Athens" and "Even though the data reported are from two year averages bentgrass was injured more severely from the 1985 treatments." Results include: "in both years the injury was higher when Prograss was applied in November and December than when applied earlier" and "therefore dates of Prograss treatments are important for bentgrass use." |
