Abstract/Contents: | Presents an experiment "to determine the response of herbicides, PGRs and combinations of herbicides and PGRs on bermudagrass encroachment." Results include "Tupersan applied alone performed as good on bermudagrass as it did when mixed with PGRs. Bermudagrass was injured more from combination of Prograss and Embark than when either was applied alone. The injury was temporary as bermudagrass fully recovered by mid-June. Limit did not injure bermudagrass injury for six weeks. This study provided information on plant injury and discoloration of both bermudagrass and bentgrass. It did not provide information on lateral growth of bermudagrass which will be measured in the fall experiment." |
