Abstract/Contents: | Cricket demands very compacted soil conditions and exceedingly close mowing, both of which are detrimental to the grass sward. Maintaining a healthy grass sward on a cricket table is, therefore, difficult and largely depends on intensive treatment at the end of the cricket season. Annual cultural maintenance requirements are discussed in detail. |
