Describes how Chadwick gets the parks ready for extensive activity by the middle of March. States that "in order to create an appealing park of cool, clean grassy areas, a lot of preparation is necessary. Chadwick is always looking for groundbreaking ideas to help maintain the parks for relaxation." Discusses Chadwick's largest problem, which are the local geese and their droppings, explaining that "along with their company comes a messy amount of droppings all along the walkway and grass. Maintenance crews must clean up the walkways twice a week during the summer." Describes how Chadwick and his maintenance crew combat the aftermath of the annual Fourth of July celebration. States that "some of the biggest challenges Chadwick has faced through the years are eliminating complaints. He has endeavored to make the park system complaint-free.
